On Thursday, June 28, 2012, at 8 a.m., Council Street NE between Woodcrest Street NE and Idledale Road NE will be reduced to one lane for road resurfacing.  Traffic should expect lengthy delays. Road will reopen around 4 p.m. Traffic is advised to use caution, reduce speed in the construction area and seek an alternate route.
