First Floor - The stage and loading area will be expanded.
Second Floor - The green room, dressing rooms and mechanical systems will move to a new second floor area.
Marquee Modernization - The marquee will be enhanced with more modern technology and lighting.
Orchestra Level Seating - The seating layout will be improved, more accesssible seating will be added and the orchestra pit will be expanded.
Balcony Level Seating - The Loge seating layout will be improved and more accessible seating will be added.
Improved Acoustics - A new forestage reflector will be installed to improve the acoustic quality of the theatre.
Lobby Plan - The lobby and lounge area will be expanded and the concessions area will be enlarged.
