The Cedar Rapids City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month in the Cedar Rapids Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall (former federal courthouse), 101 First Street SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The public comment period begins after the public hearings are held. Attendees are encouraged to park in the downtown parking ramps or on nearby streets.
