List of Fees

  • Adopted by Resolution No. 2559-11-97 effective January 2, 1998
  • Signs may include but are not limited to: awning signs, billboards, bulletin boards, canopy signs, site development signs, flat signs, ground signs, marquee signs, pole signs, projecting signs, roof signs or wall signs.


    Item fee
    Minimum fee for any sign permit $25
    Maximum fee for any sign permit $150
    Each square foot of sign area $0.30
    repairing, repainting or re-hanging of any sign except billboards $25
    Banner Permit $25
    Renewal of banner permit (if renewed within one week after expiration date) $20
    Renewal of banner permit (If renewed more than one week after expiration date) $30

Waiver of Fees


No fee shall be waived, except for work performed in or for buildings owned and used exclusively by the City, provided no federal funding is utilized. Waiver of fees for any work not meeting these requirements shall require a resolution of the City Council.
