Storm Water Commission
The Storm water Commission consists of five members appointed by the Mayor for terms of three years. The Committee makes recommendations for the enhancement and promotion of City policies and practices to improve management of storm water runoff quantity and quality. The Committee also investigates and issues advisory opinions for storm water policies, citizen complaints or suggestions regarding storm water drainage or erosion and sediment control, corrective actions, establishing storm water capital improvement projects, and providing property owners with additional resources to resolve private drainage problems. The Commission would typically meet monthly or bimonthly for approximately two hours each time. Members shall be qualified by knowledge or experience to act in matters pertaining to the development of storm water policies.
