Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for an integrated set of application software (commercial off-the-shelf or custom developed) GIS-centric work order processing that will leverage the City's ESRI GIS environmental already in use. The asset management solution used by the City will include these core elements and modules that have an ESRI-interface for multiple users and that enable staff to track and manage infrastructure assets, service requests, work orders, inspection reports and citizen concerns through a centralized database of information.
