Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the Well Field Sand Removal project for the Water Division. The City estimates that 20,000 tons of sand were deposited in the West and Seminole well fields by the flood of September 2016. This project is to remove the excess sand.
