Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids desires to establish a contract with a Consultant to perform necessary investment arbitrage calculation services for all long-term bonds issued by the City which are subject to the 1986 Tax Reform Act, as amended. Consultant shall establish a program to ensure the City is in compliance with all arbitrage rebate requirements contained in Section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as revised) and related Treasury Regulations.
