Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors for the Bus Advertising Program for the Transit Division. Contractor shall sell, produce and install advertising on the City's bus fleet at no cost to the City. Contractor will provide either a percentage of the gross monthly revenue or a guaranteed dollar revenue to the City.
