Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking qualifications from Consultants to develop a Scope of Work for a new Police Records Management System and Jail Management System Request for Proposal for the Information Technology Department. The City of Cedar Rapids will act as the lead agency on this inter-governmental solicitation. Consultant will assist the City throughout the proposal process for the new system. Consultant will not be allowed to submit a Proposal for the new system.
