About Us

The City Controller-Auditor’s Office provides financial reporting, administers the City’s Annual Budget and five-year Capital Improvement’s Program, and is responsible for the payroll and accounts payable functions for the City.

Accident and liability claims against the City are also handled in this office. Deeds and abstracts of City owned property, contracts, and other documents are archived and available for viewing in this department.

The department has consistently earned the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting and the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award.
